Our new apartment "Upper Beach" is located on the 2nd floor, easily accessible via an elevator. You have a separate bedroom, kitchen and a large living room with sofa bed and sunny balcony. The house is located right in the center of Timmendorfer Strand. If you want to live so centrally, you sometimes have to expect some hustle and bustle and noise in the high season. Restaurants, cafes and numerous shopping are within walking distance. The beach is about 150 meters away.

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful accommodation. The house is located directly on the lake and therefore also has its own lake access and jetty. You can also swim from the property. Hello dears, Starting in December 2021, you will have the opportunity to book my beloved and lovingly furnished Baltic Sea apartment. The apartment is located on the 26th floor of the Maritim Hotel in Travemünde and is located directly on the beach. From the 6 m² balcony you have a beautiful view over the spa hotels of Travemünde and see as far as the Bay of Lübeck and the horizon of the Baltic Sea. Here you can relax and unwind wonderfully.

The house has a size of 100 m² and is equipped with an opaque and furnished terrace. There are also two parking spaces in front of the house and bicycle storage under the carport. We provide you with free Wi-Fi. Upon prior registration, we will gladly provide you with a children's travel bed and high chair. As well as a laundry package consisting of bed linens and towels, available for a fee and prior registration.
