Max. capacity 4 adults. An additional, brandnew bathroom with jacuzzi tube for 2 persons can be used as well.

Sit back and relax in this cozy accommodation. You can relax on the lounge terrace surrounded by gardens. Here, in the lovingly landscaped greenery, you will be awakened by the chirping of birds. In the nearby Babelsberg Park, you can not only visit the palace, but also go hiking, jogging, cycling, or swimming in the beach area. You can swim in your own pool from May. Despite the quiet location, you can quickly reach Potsdam and Berlin thanks to the excellent transport connections.

If you like it quiet and close to nature and yet want to have the cities of Berlin & Potsdam around the corner, this is the place for you. There is a private entrance, terrace and Garden. Living room with kitchen and a double bed. Upstairs the bedroom with a single bed as well as a king bed. We live next door, so there's no key issue, and the arrival time doesn't matter either. We are close to the train station. Griebnitzsee and Wannsee. Parking free, also truck. Pets welcome.

Modernes Ferienhaus mit grosser Terrasse und Garten auf hinterem Teil unseres Grundstückes, nord/östli. Stadtrand von Berlin. Ein Schlafz. 2 Betten , Wohnzimmer 2 bequeme Polsterliegen, offene Küche, Bad mit Dusche und WC, alles mit Fußbodenheizung. Nicht für Partys geeignet. Großer Pool, nicht beheizt, von mitte Mai bis September geöffnet. Holzkohle-Grill vorhanden. Bahn S7 und Bus sind in 10 min. fußläufig zu erreichen und mit beiden fährt man in 35 min. in die City.

It also has large cabinet space, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and coffee machine, dining table. It can accommodate up to 3 adults and one child/infant (a child up to 9 years on a sofa bed and/or an infant in an extra cot).
