Our stone Greek house, built in 1808 and located in the centre of Ayvalık, is a loft-style apartment. It is furnished as a studio to suit all needs. Located 100 metres from the sea and 50 metres from restaurants, cafés, and bars. There are two double beds, one single bed, and one sofa bed that converts to an L-shaped sofa. It can accommodate up to six people. During the winter months, you can warm up with the electric UFO heater, and in the summer, there is a fan to keep you cool. Hot water, TV, and satellite broadcasting are available. Suitable for guests with flat feet or specific disabilities

You can enjoy peace with your whole family in this wonderful place. It is only ten minutes by car to Cunda Island and only a hundred meters to the beach. Our villa, which will allow you to have a spacious and comfortable holiday with its approximately 150 square meters of balcony and terrace, is three kilometers from the center of Ayvalık, there is no parking problem, and it is suitable for conservative families. There are two double beds, three single beds and a sofa bed that can be turned into a bed. A crib and a high chair can be provided if requested. All rooms have air conditioning.
