Huset har tre soverom, alminnelig pent interiør, varmekabler, moderne bad og peis i tillegg til en svært idyllisk liten hage. Havna har alle fasiliteter: servering, badestrand, oppvarmet basseng og båtplasser. Familiens robåt (fjerding) kan leies ut etter nærmere avtale.

Two double sleeping places (cabin + forecastle), bed linen/duvets/pillows included. Shower and swimming pool in the area. Good seating area on the deck – perfect base in the middle of the city.
