With independent access and an enclosed garden, you can enjoy a barbecue under a starry sky in the summer or sip a cocktail in the garden furniture. The Goupil

Maison de campagne de 70m² avec 2 terrasses dont une couverte et une piscine tubulaire au cœur d’un espace calme et arboré : pré, forêt. -20% la semaine sauf en haute saison. Pour information, la maison d'à côté est inhabitée. Le Goupil se compose de 2 chambres (1 lit double et 2 lits superposés) + un canapé-lit dans le salon si besoin, douche à l’italienne, wc, cuisine équipée. Linge fourni. Nice fisherman's house 100 m from the ocean

Lovely little bright fisherman's house. Close to the ocean, you'll be steps from the beach. Close to shops and activities, you can easily do everything on foot but BEWARE in summer our seaside resort is very busy and our small house close to entertainment (concerts) and restaurants loses its tranquility, especially in the evening. Ideal for a couple with 2 children. We often come to enjoy this little cocoon and we are happy to share it with you!

7 minutes by bike from the beach and local shops, 5 minutes by car from the city center, the "Refuge du Marin" is perfect for a stay for two, combining calm and comfort to ensure you have a pleasant stay.
