El apartamento ocupa la tercera planta de una típica casa mediterránea, (no ascensor), por lo que es ideal para gente activa. El pequeño apartamento, de 30 m2, con capacidad máxima para 2 huéspedes, cuenta con los siguientes espacios: - dormitorio con cama doble grande Queen (150 x 200), para garantizar un buen descanso, luces LED, con vistas al mar y salida a la terraza exterior. El espacio cuenta con 2 lámparas de lectura y armario con espejo. -La pequeña terraza exterior, de 5 m2, cuenta con vistas al mar, al puerto de pesca y al Parque Natural de la Serra d´Irta. Dispone de mesa y sillas para disfrutar de una copa de vino, un desayuno o comida al exterior, disfrutando del agradable atardecer sobre el Mediterráneo. - Cocina equipada (placa de inducción, microondas, cafetera, batidora, nevera, tostadora...) y sus utensilios de cocina. Contamos con WiFi alta velocidad de fibra óptica (1000 Mbps), lo que permitirá permanecer conectado o trabajar de forma remota sin problemas. El apartamento dispone de un sistema de A/C de calidad por conductos (4000 frigorías) y calefacción, garantizando una excelente estancia tanto en invierno como en verano. Se comparte hasta con un máximo de 2 apartamentos. También hay plancha y tabla de planchar en el apartamento. El código de acceso para obtener las llaves (buzón de llaves en la puerta) se comunicará cuando el formulario de registro esté completado y el alojamiento esté ya en perfectas condiciones para la entrada de los nuevos huéspedes, es decir, siempre el mismo día de la llegada. Se trata de un estudio céntrico en el tercer piso (sin ascensor) de 30m2, situado a un minuto de la playa y al lado del castillo. El apartamento da a la calle Rio, por lo que NO tiene vistas al mar desde el balcon privado. No obstante, siempre podréis disfrutar de la terraza “chill out” situada en la azotea a la cual tienen acceso los 6 estudios de habitación doble integrados en el edificio Debido a las dimensiones, solo podrán alojarse dos personas adultas Este estudio luminoso dispone de todo lo necesario para vivir una agradable estancia en la playa. El piso se compone de una habitación con una cama doble (135cm), un baño completo y una cocina-comedor de estilo abierto que da acceso a un balcón privado que da a la calle Rio. Así pues, el estudio está decorado con temática playera y marinera, situando así a los huéspedes en un ambiente vacacional. Tiene aire acondicionado. Atendiendo a la normativa legal vigente, este apartamento será considerado “vivienda turística” para las estancias iguales o inferiores a 10 días. Por otro lado, cuando la estancia sea mayor a 10 días, la Ley 29/1994, de 24 de noviembre, de Arrendamientos Urbanos, se considerará un “alquiler de temporada”. Para el cumplimiento de la normativa, en este caso se firmará un contrato de arrendamiento entre ambas partes.

Meet my grandma, a local woman who enjoys meeting visitors and chatting with them (not en english, but she sure will make herself understood).
