An excellent house for bringing the family together and spending a week or a special weekend. It has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a garage for 3 cars, and all bedrooms have air conditioning. We are finishing renovations for future pool facilities, a gourmet area, an additional barbecue grill and an ensuite. It is next to a grocery store, close to a butcher shop, delicatessen, pharmacy, restaurant and 800 metres from the Orla de Atalaia Events Square, the tourist market and one of the most popular steakhouses in the city, Sal e Brasa.

We have a TV, Wi-Fi, a refrigerator, a table in the living room, a sofa, a 2-burner cooktop, utensils such as forks, knives, pots, a frying pan, a blender, a coffee maker, a sandwich maker, a microwave, etc. (note: we provide the TV with a TV box and internet access for Netflix/YouTube. We do not have an antenna for broadcast TV)
