Modern and cozy mountain apartment with a view

Modern apartment built in the village of Litzirüti (1460m), which belongs to Arosa. To get to Arosa it's a 7min drive or 1 train stop. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths.

Our house in the woods is a traditional masonry building that was renovated in the spring of 2019. An oasis of peace and quiet surrounded by nature, ideal for families or couples seeking relaxation and romantic intimacy. View of the Valchiavenna mountains, with large lawns for garden use. Bike path just a few metres away, numerous hiking options, 10 minutes from Chiavenna, 30 minutes from Lake Como and the Valchiavenna ski area.
