Sunny large terrace with "several zones" well shielded from view BUT not for a view. Zoo and Kristiansand about 15 minutes drive. Tømmerstø pier with country store and restaurant and Sørlandes best Ice kiosk is a close and nice neighbor.

Enjoy a memorable stay in this unique place, overlooking Lista Lighthouse to the south. The house is from 1720 and has been renovated the last time in the 80s. The old cozy expression has been preserved. The property has a common jetty by the sea - just a 5 minute walk from the house. Here there is a small beach and a bathing ladder you can use. I can arrange the rental of a recreational boat if desired. You can dock the boat in Urstadstrand which belongs to the property. Just reach out about this.

Huset ligger på Helgøya i den vakre uthavnen Ny Hellesund, en øygruppe mellom Kristiansand og Mandal, en kort båttur fra fastlandet. Her kan du nyte morgenkaffen på trammen, bade fra brygga, ta en padletur og kjenne dønningene som kommer helt fra Danmark eller gå en tur på en av de mange fine turveiene. Her er det mulig å både samle familie og venner og å trekke seg tilbake og nyte stillheten. Solen går ned i 23- tiden om kvelden, da er det fint med et kveldsbad fra brygga før mørket senker seg.

Sauda is 2,5 hours to Trolltunga and Prekestolen. I live 2 min from the center by car. I have room for rent in my house where i also live . You can use the kithchen to prepare meal , and i will serve breakfast at the time you wish on the 1 floor.Terrace you can also use. You can use washing and drying mashine for 100kr both.(5 Euro each).There is a cat and dog in the house.Its Inna or her sister Ilona host of the house. It is a very quiet place to rest on your way )Welcome!)

Attic Apartment (B&B)

The apartment has two bedrooms, bathroom and living room with kitchenette. There is an option for extra sleeping space in the living room. In addition, a baby cot is available. The rooms are located on the top floor and share the entrance with the host. You will find the beds made and towels are included. In the fridge you will find some breakfast food that you can arrange when it suits you.
