Beautiful mini-house in the extension of our own house in a quiet residential area, 250 meters from a nice, child-friendly beach, 20 minutes from Aarhus by car. Slow down in the quiet surroundings and let our tiny house welcome you with warm colors and cozy, quality-conscious decor. There is light and spaciousness with room for singles/couples and small families. The home has a fully equipped kitchen with, among other things, a dishwasher and a washer/dryer. In addition, a nice bathroom with beautiful tiles, underfloor heating and rain shower.

Small cottage on a large natural plot close to Gudenåen

The cottage is simple and personally decorated. Still with some of the atmosphere from '67 when it was built. It is located on a large natural plot (3,000 m2) in a protected cottage area, close to Gudenåen with access to a common area with a jetty and its own canoe. The forest, Mossø and the heather hills are just around the corner. On the property, there is an annex that we ourselves have for our products. Sverre is a ceramist and Anne Mette is a weaver. We live (and work) in the neighboring house and are always available when we are home.

Tiny House Lindebo er et lille hyggeligt sommerhus. Huset er placeret i en hyggelig have, med en dejlig overdækket sydvendt terrasse. Der er 200 meter til busstoppested, hvorfra bussen køre til Aarhus C. Naturen omkring huset byder både på hyggelig skov og 600 m fra huset ligger der en virkelig dejlig badestrand. Kaløvig Bådehavn ligger under en km fra huset. I huset er der spise og soveplads til 4 personer. Håndklæder, viskestykker, dyner, senge linned og brænde til den hyggelige brændeovn.

Dyrekærhusets log cabin

Bjælkehytten ligger i den smukkeste og mest fredfyldte natur. I kan gå tur i Dyrekærskoven, sidde ved bækken, se på dyrelivet eller tage på små vandreture - en med udsigt over Horsens fjord. I kan slappe af i et udendørs boblebad (fra april til oktober). Vi har fire søde geder, som I kan snakke med og fodre. Har I børn med er der gynge, svævebane ud fra skoven, trampolin, basketball, fodboldmål og masser af mulighed for udeleg. Dyrekærhuset er velegnet til retræte. Bjælkehytten er opvarmet.

Toilet, dusch med varmvandsbeholder 30l, (kort dusch) Dobbeltseng, sofa, spisebord, lille terasse. Tv og wifi. Hytten ligger i haven tæt ved vores hus. Vi bor uden for landsbyen Hjortshøj i skovkanten og tæt på motorvejen. Hunde er velkomne. Udlejes med sengelinned og håndklæder. Afstand til Århus 12 km, til off. transport 600m. Hytten egner sig ikke til længerevarende ophold.

Smukt beliggende tiny-House med havudsigt med gåafstand til Kalø Slotsruin. Huset ligger i en stor have med gamle frugttræer med en skøn lille indhegnet terrasse. Huset indeholder 1 soveværelse med to gode senge, køkken med kogeplader, ovn og køleskab, stue med spiseplads samt TV og eget bad og toilet. Bemærk: det er et lille hus! Der kan parkeres gratis ved keramikbutikken. Ingen mulighed for tilkøb af morgenmad. Sengelinned medbringes eller kan tilkøbes for 125,- / person Ingen husdyr.

Quiet and cosy little guesthouse in our garden that sleeps two people. The area offers ample opportunity to cycle, run or walk in the beautiful nature around Silkeborg or Gudenåen (The River Guden). Tiny House on Mols

On a scenic recreational property, you will find this pearl of a tiny house. Overlooking Mols Bjerge to the south and Kalø Castle Ruin to the west, the house is located at the back of the property - hidden between trees and natural areas. The house was built from sustainable materials at a building course at Grobund in 2022. Here you can find silence and nature, while you get the opportunity to try the simple life in a tiny house, where there is what you need - and nothing more.

Cozy guesthouse 200 meters from beach and forest.

A few hundred meters from the water, this charming mini-house is in an attractive area. After two minutes on foot, you are standing with your toes in the warm sand on the beach. In the area you will find forests and after a short walk you will arrive at Kaløvig Marina. There is a bus service to Aarhus twice an hour. The house contains a simple kitchen, a bathroom and a spacious bedroom with the possibility of extra beds for two smaller children.

Annex with two spacious rooms + bathroom located separately on the property. Both rooms are rented together. One room is equipped with a large and good double bed. In the other room, there is a small table, two chairs and a sofa. There is an electric kettle, a small fridge, Nescafe, mugs, plates and cutlery available. There are no additional kitchen facilities in the apartment and it is therefore best suited for overnight stays only.
